We are a Taekwondo school in Nassau, Bahamas and we are planning to hold a series of Self Defense Seminars for Women. Frankly your information is the best we have come across and we would like to utilize sections of it in our seminars.

Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your seminar. All of my students that I spoke to afterwards agreed with me that you covered some very interesting techniques and better still, techniques relevant and similar to what we do in Wu-Wei Dao. The general concensus was that you presented the material very well and very convincingly. I reiterate my comment that I am impressed by the breadth and depth of your martial arts knowledge. You demonstrate and teach aikido/aikijujitsu as well as any dedicated aikido/aikijujitsu instructor - and yet you can punch and kick in a way that few, if any, aikido/aikijujitsu instructors could! >> Kancho Nenad Djurdjevic, Wu Wei Dao
Colin...you have been a great leader and mentor...! >> Don Shanmugan, White Belt (Now expatriated to the UK)
I had a VERY wise person tell me something that has helped me with ALL of my tests. He said something to the effect of "When you test, don't do it as a test.. do it as a martial art. Do each move as if you are actually fighting someone." I have cherished this advice because it has helped me to grow in my karate, and in my own inner vision of my training. Thank you so much, Colin!!! >> Mireille Clark, Brown Belt, Shotokan Karate, Canada from Karatetips.com
I'm a self defence instructor living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and I want to thank you for providing such great reference material on women's self-defence. I just came across your website, and was delighted to find just the material I was looking for to augment the physical techniques part of course. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Watching our Murdoch College students develop both physically and in confidence throughout the Women's Self Defence Course has been terrific. Our student shave benefitted from Team Wasabi's realistic practical activities and well thought-out theoretical component. It has been apleasure and a privilege to run the course at Murdoch College. >> Kathryn Shortland-Jones, Murdoch College
Colin Wee (IAOMAS Australia) & I met up in person this week. We chilled a bit on Tuesday & had a late lunch (Colins a pudding freak I think LOL), then Colin came & took my class for me on Wednesday. It was a great meeting & very nice to meet someone of such a high calibre, from so far away. We chatted about a lot, and the class he took was well recieved by my students (and myself as I actually got to train). He has some great concepts on targetting & movement which he put across within the class, plus he got to beat up some of my students later on, which is something I know he enjoys. :-) >> Sabumnin Stuart Anslow, Rayners Lane Taekwondo Academy, Harrow, UK
You certainly exude a real passion for the martial arts. I really enjoyed the training session, and the information you have given me about your martial art and Hikaru Ryu >> Kim Stevens, WTF Black Belt
